It appears that contempt petition filed by the present applicant was under office objections. For removal of office objection, time was granted and conditional order was passed on 2.8.2024. It appears that applicant has not removed office objections within the period granted and therefore, after that period, it was treated that the matter is dismissed.

Since the applicant is ready to remove the office objections, we recall the order dated 2.8.2024 and restore the Contempt Petition No. 788 of 2023 at its original stage.

Office objections to be removed within a period of four

{2} 975 sr.no..odt weeks. We also say that if again, there is lapse on the part of the petitioner to remove the office objections, the order passed by this Court dated 2.8.2024 would stand revived.
