This application is filed for withdrawal of amount. Respondent insurance company has deposited only 50% of the compensation amount in this Court.

Learned advocate for respondent Insurance Company vehemently opposed the application contending that the Tribunal has awarded exorbitant compensation.

Taking into consideration the facts of the present case, the applicants are permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.75 Lakhs along with proportionate accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking. Remaining amount be deposited in Fixed Deposit in nationalized bank to be renewed from time to time till the decision in appeal.
