These are the applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicants/State.

Heard Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned AGP for the applicants/State and Mr P.C. Mayure, learned counsel for the respondents/claimants. 3.

Mr P.C. Mayure, learned counsel for the original claimants strongly opposed to condone the delay.

Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned AGP for the State/appellant submitted that the delay is not intentional. The delay was resulted due to completing formalities and obtaining sanction from the competent authority. He therefore, urged to condone the delay.

For the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay in para Nos. 5 to 7 and in the interest of justice, the delay needs to be condoned to decide the appeals on their own merits.

ORDER

(i) The applications for condonation of delay moved by the State are hereby allowed.

(ii) The Registry to make the scrutiny of the appeals and thereafter, those be numbered and placed before the Court for admission.
