The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) The respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Officer may kindly be directed to correct the nomenclature of the Tribe in the Tribe Certificate of the petitioner as Koli Mahadev instead of Mahadev Koli, and issue such corrected Tribe Certificate to the petitioner in proper format having proper nomenclature as Koli Mahadev Tribe, as early as possible" 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner should submit his defective certificate with respondent No.2, on or before

12070.22wp (2) 08/12/2022 and the correct certificate would be issued, on or before 15/12/2022.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner is satisfied. 4.

In view of the above statement, this writ petition is disposed off.
