Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal representatives of deceased Gopalrao Bajirao Tambare on record in the Cross Objections Stamp No. 4115/2006 and also in First Appeal No. 1176/2005. Admittedly Gopalrao i.e. original claimant No.1 has died on 03.09.2020, and therefore, there is delay of 144 days.
