PER COURT :- The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State, on instructions through Shri Ramesh Munlod, the Tahsildar, Aurangabad makes a statement that, the impugned notice dated 28th August, 2013 is withdrawn by Respondent - Tahsildar, Tahsil Office, Aurangabad.

In that view of the matter, the further notice dated 25th September, 2013 for attachment would not survive. 3.

In the light of the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions of Respondent, nothing survive for consideration in this Petition. Petition stands disposed of.
