Heard Mr.Dighe, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.Shirsath, learned advocate for the proposed LRs of deceased respondent Nos.1A and 1B. It is submitted that LRs of present appellant No.1 and respondent No.2 are brought on record in the Civil Appeal before the Apex Court. The matter is remitted by the Apex Court. As such there is technical delay in bringing LRs of these appellant Nos.1 and respondent No.1 on record.

Considering the above, we allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B), (C) and (D). Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days.
