Learned AGP has filed affidavit in reply of respondent No. 2/acquiring body tendering unconditional apology for not following the directions issued by this Court within stipulated time. It is stated that earlier the land of petitioners was acquired by following procedure of private negotiations and the award was passed. 2.

Now the Authorities have initiated process under the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 and fresh proposal is submitted on 02.06.2025 to respondent No. 4/Sub Divisional Officer. Certain deficiencies were pointed out in the proposal. After clearing four deficiencies, only one Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 5-CP-635-2021 deficiency of sanction is remaining, which will be cleared within eight weeks and thereafter acquisition process will be initiated and thereafter within one year of statutory period, entire process would be completed and compensation would be disbursed to the petitioners, within 8 weeks thereafter.

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the contempt petition.
