The affidavit is filed by the Deputy Collector, Collector Office, Aurangabad. Para Nos. 2 and 3 of the affidavit reads thus :

I say and submit that, though the present petitioner is contending that, they are not provided the access to the other services as provided in the annexure - C of the G. R. dated 19.01.2018. It is submitted that, the said contentions raised by the petitioners are totally misconceived and frivolous. In order to gain access to the Educational Services, Financial Services, election Services, Utility Services, IRCTS Services, Health Services, B 2 C Services and Skill Services, the present petitioner is required to apply for Common Service Center (CSC-e-Governance Services) on the website namely csc.gov.in after fulling the requisite eligibility criteria for gaining the access to the SCS e-Governance Services. The present petitioners have not applied for the said CSC e-
2 wp 11902.18 Governance Services till date and so the access to the above referred services in Annexure-C of G. R. dated 19.01.2018 has not been provided to the present petitioners.

I say and submit that, as regards the Aadhar Services in Annexure-C, of G. R. dated 19.01.2018, the Aadhar kits which were received by the Aurangabad UID from the UID-DIT Maharashtra are already allocated to the various Village Level Entrepreneurs in Aurangabad District. The said Aadhar Kits are essential for extending the Aadhar Services. As on date no Aadhar Kit is available for allotment to the present petitioners and so till date the Aadhar Kit and the access to the Aadhar Services is not extended to the present petitioners. As and when in future the Aadhar Kit would be available in that condition the same can be allotted to the petitioners only after verifying the eligibility criteria of the petitioners for allotment of the said Aadhar Kit and for grant of the access to the Aadhar Services." 2.
As per the affidavit as on date no Aadhar kit is available for allotment to the present petitioners. It is further stated that, as and when in future Aadhar kit would be available, the same can be allotted to the petitioners after verifying eligibility criteria of the petitioner for allotment of said Aadhar kits. 3.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the respondents shall consider claim of the petitioners for allotment of Aadhar kit upon availability of the same.

With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
