DATE : DECEMBER 13, 2023 ORDER :- Mr.Narwade, learned counsel for respondent no.2, submits that compromise between the parties has been worked out. He submits that out of the amount of Rs.2 Lakhs deposited by the applicant with this Court, if an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- is paid to the respondent no.2 - informant, respondent no.2 has no objection to allow this application. Learned counsel also states that there is no other victim and it was a case of deficiency in service. 2.

The Registry is directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Eighty Thousand) out of the amount deposited by the applicant in this Court. The remaining amount be paid to the Library, High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad.

In view of the express consent given by learned counsel for respondent no.2, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
