Heard the learned Counsel on the application for withdrawal of the amount. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60 per cent of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed, they will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn by them within four months of passing such order.

Balance amount be invested in a Fixed Deposit Receipt for the period till disposal of the appeal. Application for withdrawal of amount disposed of in above terms.
