We have perused paragraph No.6 of the affidavit filed by Shri Satish Suresh Chaudhari, Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, wherein, it is stated that the appointment orders will be issued to the Petitioners after the model Code of Conduct is withdrawn, post Loksabha elections. 2.

Let such appointment orders be issued within 15 (fifteen) days from today. We, however, make it clear that since
