By the order dated 27.07.2023, we had directed the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal within six weeks. Since the petitioner is now seeking admission for 'M. Pharmacy' in the current admission process, he has again approached us for failure of the Committee to obey our directions.

The learned AGP on instructions submits that the vigilance has been conducted.

Considering the exigency, we dispose of the writ petition with following directions :

(i) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 27.09.2023 and shall receive a copy of the vigilance report. (ii) The petitioner may file his reply on 29.09.2023 and the Committee shall thereafter decide the proposal finally as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 09.10.2023.
