PER COURT :- It is disclosed in the affidavit in reply, presented on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 that, as per the request made by the petitioner, the land acquisition authorities have transferred the amount of compensation, determined under the Award, in the account of brother of the petitioner through RTGS on 21.3.2014. In view of the statement made in the reply, according to the petitioner, the grievance raised in the instant petition stands redressed.

Writ petition is disposed of.
