It is pointed out that the petitioners have a statutory efficacious remedy in the form of filing a revision under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act 2014, before the Registrar (General), who is an ex-officio Commissioner Co-operation, Pune, State of Maharashtra. 2.
The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that this Court had protected the petitioners by an order dated 21/12/2017. If the same would be continued for a few weeks and the proceedings are made time bound, the petitioners would prefer such a revision within two weeks. The learned
Advocate for the contesting respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the maximum period for decision may be fixed. 3.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The petitioners shall approach the competent authority on or before 01/08/2019. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are at liberty to appear suo motu before the said authority and receive copies of the proceedings. The concerned authority shall endeavor to decide the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30/09/2019.

The protection granted by this Court on 21/12/2017 shall be continued till 30/09/2019 or till the decision in the revision, whichever is earlier.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.
In the event of a question of delay arising in the proceedings, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 22/09/2017 till the passing of this order, shall be a ground for seeking condonation of delay.

Record and proceedings be sent to the concerned Authority forthwith.
