The petitioner'

s proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. Though by the order dated 06.08.2019 in Writ Petition No.9776/2019, we had directed the Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal by 18.08.2019, the ordeal of the petitioner does not seem to abate.

The learned AGP on instructions submits that the petitioner's proposal would be decided within two weeks.

We dispose of the writ petition by following directions :

PB.2.WP-11952-2023.doc (i) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29.09.2023 and shall file his reply and the Committee shall thereafter decide the proposal finally as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 09.10.2023.
