WITHDRAWAL This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited in the office of this Court.

The application is vehemently opposed by the

learned Advocate for the appellant on the ground that the amount granted is exorbitant. The total amount is deposited in this Court is 50% of the award. In view of the same, the claimants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest as per the impugned judgment and award on furnishing usual undertaking. 3.
