This is second round of litigation. In earlier round of litigation, this Court had directed to arrange the hearing of petition of the petitioner on 01.09.2023. However, directions were not followed. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. On last date, we directed the learned AGP to take instructions whether the earlier order has been complied with or not. Today, he has instructions that the Appellate Court would dispose of the revision of the petitioner within four weeks from today.

In view thereof, writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the revision of the petitioner within four weeks from today.
