This application is filed seeking correction in the name of Applicant No.4 Mr. Satish Vasant Kamble in the cause title of the applications filed in the Appeal.

It is submitted that the name of the applicant No.4 is Satish Vasant Kamble is wrongly mentioned as Satish Vasant Shinge in the claim petition filed by the applicant himself. In the Aadhar Card, however, the Ethape

( 2 ) 912-CA-10901-2025 said is corrected as Kamble. Because of the difference in the name, the applicants are not in a position to withdraw the entire amount. 4.

It is pointed out that the applicants carries both the surname and therefore this mistake has occurred. Now, the copy of aadhar card is produced on record.

Considering above, following order:

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The name of Satish Vasant Shinge be shown as Satish Vasant Kamble in the cause title of the appeal and the application. The office to allow the applicants to withdraw the amount in the name as Satish Vasant Kamble.
