In the present petition, the petitioner has sought direction to respondent no.3 i.e. Tahsildar to take the steps for recovery of the amount and direction to respondent no.4 to cooperate respondent no.3 in recovery of the amount.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.4, on instructions, submits that respondent no.4 is going to file report in Company Petition No. 24 of 1992 and respondent no.4 will seek directions against M/s. SICOM Ltd. for the return of 50 % amount which is already paid to M/s. SICOM Ltd.

During the pendency of this petition,

(3) W.P. No. 9478 of 2013 already respondent no.3 has taken steps for the recovery of the amount. The learned Counsel for respondent no.4 has made statement to the above effect.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
