The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the representation dated 23.02.2023 addressed to the Sub Divisional Officer, Kandhar may be considered. 2.

The learned AGP submits that in the event any assistance of the Municipal Council is required, the Sub Divisional Officer, Kandhar would be taking such assistance. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The representation of the Petitioners shall be considered on its own merits and by following the due procedure laid down in law.

The Sub Divisional Officer, Kandhar shall refer to all the relevant revenue documents before arriving at a decision on the said representation.
