Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 has forwarded a proposal to respondent no.4 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in the year 2014 and the same is still pending.

In case the proposal (Exhibit B page 18) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher forwarded by respondent No.6 is pending with respondent No.4, then the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
