These applications have been filed for bringing on record legal representatives of the petitioners in the disposed of contempt petitions. It is stated that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17th June, 2022, the respondents have already deposited money in this Court. In view of compliance of the order, contempt petitions have been disposed of. 1 / 2

It is stated that some of the petitioners in the contempt petitions have expired and that the registry has refused to pay the compensation to their legal representatives since their names do not figure in the contempt petitions.

There is no question of bringing on record the legal representatives in the disposed of petitions. The concerned applicants/legal representatives are permitted to produce succession certificate/s before the Registrar (Judicial). Upon verifying the same, Registrar (Judicial) shall pay to the legal representatives the compensation payable to the concerned deceased petitioners, as per the order of this Court. Civil applications disposed of accordingly.
