We have disposed of the Writ Petition under order dated 13.9.2019 directing the Committee to decide the validation proceedings within one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. The petitioner was directed to appear before the Committee on 23.9.2019.

In the present civil application, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondents not to allot the M.I.G. tenement till the validation proceedings are decided.

We have heard Mr Kadethankar, learned Counsel for respondent no.4.

Till 23.10.2019, one tenement meant for S.T. category shall not be allotted. Civil Application disposed of.
