In pursuance of my earlier order, parties and their learned counsels have appeared before the Court. A report of learned Registrar (Judicial) is also placed on record, which shows the verification and identification of the parties and the contents of the compromise.

Application is filed to dispose of the second appeal in terms of settlement dated 24.09.2025 annexed with the application. 3.

With the assistance of the learned counsel I have ascertained identity of the parties as well as examined the terms of the settlement independently. The respondent in the second

Considering the controversy between the parties I find no impediment in disposing of the second appeal in terms of compromise. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. The civil application is disposed of.
