Heard learned counsel for the applicant and non applicants.

For the reasons stated in the application the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Civil application No.11600/2019 is disposed of. 3.

Issue notice to the added parties.

We would hear the intervenor at the time of hearing the petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that

108ca11600 shops are already allotted. Earlier interim order was not to allot 3% of the total shops. As per respondents, the shops are allotted and now one shop is only vacant and not allotted. The same shall be maintained till next date.

6.

Stand over to 13.11.2019.
