The Petitioner'

s complaint dated 27.05.2023, which is inadvertently not placed on record in the Petition, is tendered across the bar. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the selection and appointment of a Principal, who is not arrayed as a Respondent. The complaint is pending with the University. It is prayed that the University may deal with the complaint as is permissible in Law.

Since Mr.Thombre, the learned Advocate is on the panel of the University, we requested him to cause his appearance as there is no khs/Oct.2023/13019

- 2 - purpose in keeping this Petition pending.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off, expecting the competent authority of the University to deal with the complaint filed by the Petitioner dated 27.05.2023, on it' s own merits, by following the due procedure laid down in Law and by granting adequate opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders.
