The applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 in the appeal Mr. Shankarrao Bhimrao Patil on record, who admittedly died on 10/01/2018 as per the death certifcate annexed. There is also delay of 1323 days. However, considering the right to defend, the application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause B & C. The original appellant - acquiring body which is present respondent no.1 is directed to carry out the amendment in appeal as well as other pending civil applications within the stipulated period. Application for bringing legal representatives on record is accordingly disposed of.
