Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem to pass order similar to one passed by this Court on 16.07.2021 in Civil Application No.3824 of 2021 in First Appeal No.1913 of 2020. 3.

In view of the above, The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit with interest accrued thereon;

21-ca.13148.21 50% of the amount be paid on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent security/surety or bank guarantee. Balance 25% amount be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank.
