Leave to add the employer as Respondent Nos.3 and 4. Addition be carried out forthwith.

The Petitioner has already been served with the notice and a copy of the vigilance cell inquiry report, on 10.10.2023. He has not submitted a reply to the same. We record our displeasure on the conduct of the Petitioner. The Petitioner has also received a notice from the employer to submit the validity certificate within six months, failing which he would be terminated from service.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:

( 2 ) 951 wp 163.24 a) On 22.01.2024, the Petitioner would tender a detailed reply to the notice and the vigilance inquiry report received by him on 10.10.2023, in the office of Respondent No.2 b) Thereafter, he would abide by the dates of hearing and would not seek an adjournment on a single date. Respondent No.2 shall deliver an order on the claim of the Petitioner, on or before 31.03.2024. c) Until 31.03.2024, the service of the Petitioner shall not be terminated, only in relation to this cause.
