1] The application for assist to Public Prosecutor is allowed.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

3] The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.614 of

2024, registered with Shevgaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) and 118(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4] The learned APP submits that as regards the injury caused by the applicant the medical opinion is reserved and the Hospital is yet to give opinion as regards the injury caused to the victim.

5] I have seen the photograph produced and considering that the report is awaited on the nature of injury so also that there was fight between two groups who are relatives of one another, by way of interim order, following order is passed :- A] In the event the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.614 of 2024, registered with Shevgaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) and 118(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

B] The applicant shall remain present before the investigating officer as and when required by the investigating officer.

C] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in his possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.

D] The applicant shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence.

6] Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled. 7] List on 02.12.2024.
