Today, learned counsel for the applicants has filed death certificate of applicant no.3 Suraj Gajendra Mahire, who died on 10.10.2016. Therefore, only claimant no.1 Sarlabai wd/o Gajendra Mahire will be the legal representative of her deceased son Suraj Gajendra Mahire. Therefore, name of applicant no.1 Sarlabai Gajendra Mahire be recorded as legal representative of applicant no.3 Suraj Gajendra Mahire.

Necessary amendment be carried out in Civil Application No. 10552 of 2018 and First Appeal No.343 of 2005. Award passed by the Tribunal be modified accordingly to replace the name of Suraj Gajendra Mahaire by applicant no.1 Sarlabai Gajendra Mahire. 3.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B, C and D'.
