The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 13-09-2024 passed by this court in Revision Application No.196/2024 in WP/14387/2019, the revision is maintainable before the learned Registrar General under the Money Lenders Act in view of section 9. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach before the

Needless to say that time consumed in prosecuting in writ petition shall be excluded while calculating the period of limitation.
