Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.290 of 2024 registered with Muktainagar Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 126(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is a case of road robbery. The applicants are the first time offenders. The currency notes have been recovered from them. Except the said recovery, nothing is recovered from the applicants. The applicants are young boys having no antecedents to their

962-ba-1862-2024.odt (2) discredit. Therefore, it may not be safe to keep them behind bar. Hence, they deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Both Bail Applications are allowed.

(ii) Both Applicants, Rahul Balu Tayade in Bail Application No.1862 of 2024 and Saurav Dilip @ Ukha Tombare in Bail Application No.1863 of 2024, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each in the above crime, on the conditions that ;

(a) The applicants should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicants should attend the police station as and when called on written notice by the investigation officer till filing the charge sheet.
