Perused the notes of evidence and also findings recorded by the trial Court. Prima facie, the findings appear to be correct. The applicant was not on bail during the trial. We do not want to elaborate on merits since the appeal is pending. The application sans merits and hence rejected.

Registry of this Court is directed to send the original Record and Proceedings to the Court of Sessions Judge, Nanded. The Registry of the concerned Court to prepare the paper book after receipt of original Record and Proceedings as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case within four months from today and send it back to the Registry of this Court along with original Record and Proceedings. 4.

Upon receiving the paper book along with original Record and Proceedings, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant to mention the appeal for final hearing.
