Learned APP informs this court that the charge-sheet is already filed before the trial court. We have perused the status report in respect of Regular Criminal Case No. 69 of 2014 received by Registrar (Judicial) High Court of Bombay, bench at Aurangabad from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kille Dharur, District Beed. It appears that initially the charge-sheet was filed before the court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ambajogai and thereafter said case is transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kille Dharur, District Beed.

In view of subsequent events occurred after filing of this application, without entering into merits of the application, leaving open the grounds taken in this application to agitate at appropriate time, we dispose of this application.
