The learned advocate Mr. Natu for the appellants submits that he was seeking redemption in respect of the suit property which is a shop and the respondent was putting up a claim of being a lessee, the shop itself has been acquired in road widening and does not exists any more. He further submits that the Second Appeal may be disposed of having become infructuous.
