The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not pressing prayer clause (B) recorded in the petition. 3.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representation tendered by the petitioner on 23rd June, 2016, in accordance with the relevant resolution/s and on its own merit, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from today and it is accordingly directed.
