The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 20th June, 2016 passed in Writ petition NO.4108/2011. Mr. Shinde, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the land is unused for a long time. As such, the petitioner would be entitled for the land. This submission of the petitioner has been considered by this Court while dismissing the writ petition. 2.

In view of the above, no case for review has been made out. Review application is disposed of. No costs.
