The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that, under Clause 15 of the Kerosene Licensing Order, revision would lie before the State Government. 2.

Mr. Rane, the learned advocate submits that, challenge has become stale. The same can be agitated before the State Government by the respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of revision. In case revision is filed within four (04) weeks from today, the same shall be considered within limitation. No costs.
