In case, appeal filed by the petitioner under Rule 29 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Condition of Service) Rules (page no. 17) is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, then Deputy Director of Education shall decide the same, on its own merits after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
