Mr Kadam, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the permission is granted to the petitioner to run Urdu medium primary school at Parbhani on non-grant-in-aid basis. The proposal is pending for grant-in-aid with respondent No. 6. The decision is not yet taken though the proposal is pending for more than one year.

Mr Dama, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits that the Government has issued direction on 13th February, 2020 to forward such proposals before 31st May, 2020. The respondent Nos. 5 and 6 would forward the proposal of the

2 127-WP-12255-2019 petitioner submitted by it for grant-in-aid to the Government before 31st May, 2020.

The statement is accepted. Thereafter, the Government shall take decision in accordance with law.
