The Petitioner contends that his entire medical bills were to the tune of Rs.12,32,330/-. However, the reimbursement is only to the extent of Rs.8,16,603/-.

The learned AGP points out that the impugned order dated 15.09.2022 makes a reference to the Government Resolution dated 19.03.2005, which contains the revised rates at which the reimbursement is permissible. According to him, the reimbursement paid to the Petitioner is as per the said Government Resolution.

In view of the above, we find that it would be

*2* 938ywp12269o23 appropriate if the concerned Authority (Respondent No.4) conveys a break-up of the amounts sanctioned, for the satisfaction of the Petitioner.
