On the last date, we have directed the learned APP to take instructions in view of the complaint fled by the petitioner dated 13.11.2021 exh.E (page 34). The concerned police station has called the petitioner in the police station. The learned APP submits that, however, the petitioner himself has stated to the police that settlement talks are going on between the parties and certain amount has been paid to the petitioner in consequence thereof. The petitioner has stated in application in his own hand writing before the aaa/-

In view of the above statement, it appears to us that the petitioner is using this criminal writ petition for recovery of the amount in terms of the disputed transaction between himself and the accused persons. The petitioner is seeking frequent adjournments and today his counsel is also not present. We are thus not inclined to entertain this criminal writ petition, which has been fled with some oblique motive. Criminal writ petition is hereby dismissed.
