Mr S.G. Sangle, learned AGP for the applicants submits that the acquiring body has deposited the amount of compensation as per the order passed by this Court and complied the order.

Mr P.C. Mayure, learned counsel for the respondent/original claimant fairly concedes this position. The interim stay order passed earlier by this Court has been complied with by the applicants. As such, the interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) Inform to the concerned Court accordingly.

(iii) Civil Application is disposed of.
