Leave to place on record copy of order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.464/2024.

This is the fourth anticipatory bail application filed by the applicant. His earlier applications are either rejected or withdrawn on instructions. His last anticipatory bail application No. 464/2024 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2024.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that in the Sessions Court, while hearing the anticipatory bail application, the victim has filed affidavit giving no objection for granting anticipatory bail to the applicant. He further submits that recovery of the weapons allegedly used in the crime is from the other accused.

This cannot be said to be change in circumstance. No change in circumstance is pointed out by applicant, since rejection of his earlier application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on 21.03.2014. No case is made out by the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail. Application is therefore rejected.
