We have heard Mr. Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Karlekar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the State and Mr. S.S. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the intervener. 2.
It appears that, the petitioners are challenging the communication made by the Assistant Charity Commissioner to the Joint Charity Commissioner, seeking permission under Section 83 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act to proceed further against the trustees.

It is submitted that, the present petitioners have already appeared before the Joint Charity Commissioner pursuant to the notice issued to them. Naturally, the Joint Charity Commissioner would consider the contentions of the petitioners and all concerned before passing any order on the application dated 17.5.2018 (Page 61-A.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, Civil Application No.814/2019 is disposed of.
