Learned Counsel for the respondent consents for transfer of the proceedings at Jalna in the wake of threats and earlier incident. He then submits that the respondent undertakes to deposit amount of Rs.1500/- (Rs. One thousand five hundred only) before the Court at Jalna, out of

206.16mca (2) which, on each date, the applicant be paid amount of Rs.750/-. The respondent assures this Court to that he shall continue to deposit amount of Rs.750/- on each date, on which, the applicant shall attend the proceedings at Jalna.

In view thereof, considering hardship and convenience of the applicant, the proceedings stood transferred to Jalna in terms of prayer clause (B) in stead of Aurangabad. The Court at Jalna to ensure that the applicant is paid Rs.750/- on each date, if she attends the said proceedings. Hearing is expedited.

Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
