This petition is pending since 2017 challenging the order dated 22.02.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge - 3 whereby the custody of the truck is directed to be handed over to the petitioner. The learned APP informs that he has instructions that the said truck is already handed over in custody of the petitioner by and now this petition has become infructuous on the basis of written instructions on the concerned police station.

02. In view of the same, stand over to two weeks so as to give an opportunity to the petitioner, if the petition survives. If no information is supplied by the petitioner within two weeks, it will be presumed that the petition has become infructuous and the matter shall stand disposed of without further reference to the Court.
