Learned counsel for the applicants state that the matter is settled and the consent terms between the parties to the matrimonial dispute are already filed in the Family Court. Learned counsel therefore submit that the applicants shall file an application or petition for quashing on the ground of settlement. The present applications are on merits which need not be considered at this stage. They also pray for withdrawal of these applications with such liberty.
